Surdival Electrical Services is a national operation with its headquarters in The Landmark.
We’ve got clients and staff based all over the UK and Ireland. We do work for some big customers, retail chains, supermarkets, schools and colleges, and the construction industry too. There’s a lot we deal with, and organising everything can be a challenge.
I’ve got different projects to manage all the time and a flexible workspace helps me do that.
I used to run the business from a different coworking space, so I’ve got experience of a few places like The Landmark. When a business associate recommended The Landmark, I moved and I’ve never looked back. It knocks spots off the competitors.
I came for a tour and I liked the place so much I got the premium membership package. It gives you a bit more space, and the option of more privacy if I need it. For my business, it really helps to have that option.
There’s such a nice working environment here, it’s bright and airy, with big windows.
The location is fantastic, right next to the town centre with free parking and charging points for electric vehicles.
The meeting rooms give you the option of total privacy whenever you want. That’s such a difference to working from home. I tried that at the start of the covid pandemic and it just wasn’t possible. Whenever I needed to make a phone call there’d be kids running around. It’s not ideal when you’re trying to run a business.
Here at The Landmark, they’ve made it covid safe, and because of that it’s been open the whole time.
I’d recommend The Landmark because everyone here is really nice. The staff are so welcoming, if you need anything they’re on hand. If you’ve got visitors they’ll bring them through to you. It’s very professional.
I would recommend The Landmark to anyone. It’s changed the way I work for the better and I won’t go back!
