Start your day the right way – join Claire in the Assembly Hall for a relaxing 30-minute session focussing on slow, mindful movement, stretches and gentle conditioning, ending with 15-minutes of breathing techniques and meditation, with the aim of promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing, and reducing anxiety and stress.
